Software and vendor selection
Pick tools that fit your team, and get a second opinion before you sign.
- Which CRM, help desk, or accounting tool fits a team our size?
- Does this vendor's quote make sense?
For your business
Choosing software, sorting out a sales workflow, or wondering where AI actually fits? I help small businesses make confident technology decisions and find where things get stuck.
How I help
Here are the kinds of questions I'm asked most. If yours isn't listed, tell me what's going on and I'll say honestly whether I can help.
Pick tools that fit your team, and get a second opinion before you sign.
Find where leads and follow-ups slip between people and tools.
Set up and organize the tools you already pay for, and automate repetitive work.
Where AI could save time in your work, and where it would add risk or noise.
Cover the fundamentals so a bad day doesn't become a disaster.
Technology questions don't always fit a category.
What I don't do. I don't provide ongoing IT support or managed services, hardware repair, or data recovery from failed drives. Larger projects, like a Workspace setup or an automation build, are quoted after the intro call and agreed before any work starts.
Ways to work together
Most business questions start as a Focused Consultation or a Strategy Session. Larger projects, like a Workspace setup or an automation build, are quoted after the intro call and agreed before any work starts.
One focused question, answered with a clear next step.
Good for: “Is this vendor’s quote fair?” or “Which of these two tools fits our team?”
Includes a short written recap
Work through the options and tradeoffs for a bigger decision.
Good for: Choosing software for your team, or untangling a sales workflow.
Includes a short written recap
An extended working session that ends with a plan you can carry out.
Good for: Several connected decisions, such as a Workspace setup, security, and backups.
Includes a short written recap
Before a paid session, I'll ask a few questions so we use the time well. Afterward you'll get a short written recap with key points and next steps. Larger projects or hands-on help are quoted separately, before any work starts.

Not at this time. Valor Knight focuses on advice, decisions, and light setup. If you need day-to-day support or a managed service, I can help you work out what to look for and review quotes.
Searching gives you plenty of information. The hard part is knowing which of it fits your situation and what to trust. I help you weigh your options, spot what matters, and decide, and you leave with a written recap of the next steps.
I treat what you share as confidential. Please share only information you are authorized to disclose, and avoid sending passwords or other credentials.
You start every session by booking with me, and I send the session link directly to you at the time we've agreed. Sessions run on Zoho Assist, a widely used remote support tool: you click the link, enter your name, and join. You can watch everything I do and end it at any time. I will never contact you out of the blue, ask for your passwords, or ask you to install anything unrelated to our session. When we finish, I close the connection, I don't keep access to your computer, and you can remove the Zoho Assist app afterward.
Not during the free call. If there's a fit, we agree on what we'll do, what you'll get, and the price before any paid work begins.
