Valor KnightTechnology guidance for home & work

For your business

Steady, practical help with the technology your business runs on.

Choosing software, sorting out a sales workflow, or wondering where AI actually fits? I help small businesses make confident technology decisions and find where things get stuck.

How I help

Where I can help your business.

Here are the kinds of questions I'm asked most. If yours isn't listed, tell me what's going on and I'll say honestly whether I can help.

Software and vendor selection

Pick tools that fit your team, and get a second opinion before you sign.

  • Which CRM, help desk, or accounting tool fits a team our size?
  • Does this vendor's quote make sense?

Sales process and tool handoffs

Find where leads and follow-ups slip between people and tools.

  • Where do leads get dropped?
  • Which of our tools overlap or don't talk to each other?

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

Set up and organize the tools you already pay for, and automate repetitive work.

  • Is our setup organized and secure?
  • What repetitive work could be automated?

Practical AI

Where AI could save time in your work, and where it would add risk or noise.

  • Which tasks are worth trying with AI first?
  • What should we keep a person in charge of?

Security and backup basics

Cover the fundamentals so a bad day doesn't become a disaster.

  • Are we protected against common threats?
  • Could we recover if something went wrong?

Something else?

Technology questions don't always fit a category.

  • Tell me what's going on, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.

What I don't do. I don't provide ongoing IT support or managed services, hardware repair, or data recovery from failed drives. Larger projects, like a Workspace setup or an automation build, are quoted after the intro call and agreed before any work starts.

Ways to work together

Paid sessions for business decisions.

Most business questions start as a Focused Consultation or a Strategy Session. Larger projects, like a Workspace setup or an automation build, are quoted after the intro call and agreed before any work starts.

Questions

Common questions

Do you offer ongoing IT support?

Not at this time. Valor Knight focuses on advice, decisions, and light setup. If you need day-to-day support or a managed service, I can help you work out what to look for and review quotes.

Why pay for advice when I can search for it myself?

Searching gives you plenty of information. The hard part is knowing which of it fits your situation and what to trust. I help you weigh your options, spot what matters, and decide, and you leave with a written recap of the next steps.

Is my information kept private?

I treat what you share as confidential. Please share only information you are authorized to disclose, and avoid sending passwords or other credentials.

How do remote sessions work, and are they safe?

You start every session by booking with me, and I send the session link directly to you at the time we've agreed. Sessions run on Zoho Assist, a widely used remote support tool: you click the link, enter your name, and join. You can watch everything I do and end it at any time. I will never contact you out of the blue, ask for your passwords, or ask you to install anything unrelated to our session. When we finish, I close the connection, I don't keep access to your computer, and you can remove the Zoho Assist app afterward.

When do I pay?

Not during the free call. If there's a fit, we agree on what we'll do, what you'll get, and the price before any paid work begins.
